Workshop – How to Write Right! Past Event
This ‘whistle-tour’ workshop is aimed at those who need encouragement to fish out that submerged book. Delivered by writer and publisher Pat Grayson, the workshop has three main aims:
- to stimulate you towards your book,
- to show you that all can write – that writing is a skill that can be learnt,
- to have an hour of fun.
Pat will also talk about publishing – specifically ‘traditional’ publishing and self publishing.
Please bring pen and paper as there will be some writing drills.

Pat is a writer (some ten titles), a writing coach, and a publisher at Heartspace Publications. Therefore, you will be guided from both sides of the fence (that of writer and publisher, a rare combination). Pat has helped over fifty authors get their manuscript ready for publishing and has been running writing workshops for over fifteen years. Pat is the recipient of the prestigious Interdependent Press Award Winner 2022 (category – Self-help General).
