Bookshop by Uro is an online and physical bookstore offering a tightly curated selection of specialist art, architecture and design books from around Australia and the world. Owned and managed by design publisher Uro Publications, the bookshop operates out of Collingwood Yards, an arts precinct in Melbourne’s inner north that plays host to some of Australia’s most vibrant creative organisations, retailers and hospitality venues. As a place for the exchange of ideas on architecture, design and urbanism, Bookshop by Uro hosts regular events, exhibitions and discussions. No small thanks to the talents of our good friends Architecture Architecture, it’s also a great space to sit and leaf through a good book or two.   The most direct access to the shop is from the alleyway found at 30 Perry Street, Collingwood (underneath the arrow-shaped Collingwood Yards sign). Walk in the alley and you’ll find us just past the red door on your righthand side. For those entering Collingwood Yards through its handsome art deco frontage on Johnston Street, you’ll find us in the southwestern corner of the leafy courtyard at the centre of the precinct (the best yard in the Yards!).
