Relaxed Morning: Melbourne Art Book Fair Past Event
Experience a relaxed morning at The Melbourne Art Book Fair. This is an opportunity for visitors who could benefit from a quieter Gallery experience to access the Art Book Fair at NGV International with fewer people and reduced sensory stimuli. This may include people with autism, disability, dementia, mental health or chronic illness conditions. All ages are welcome.
The Melbourne Art Book Fair’s in-person stallholders return to the NGV Great Hall in 2022. Visitors will have the opportunity to purchase publications from a diverse range of art publishers, artists and designers. Stalls in the Great Hall include NGV Design Store x Printed Matter, a specialist Design Store stand in collaboration with the world’s leading non-profit organization dedicated to the dissemination, understanding and appreciation of artists’ books and publications, as well as the Melbourne Art Book Fair Showcase Stand, a rotating space for emerging imprints and small run publishers to showcase and sell their wares.
Also featuring in the Great Hall is The Annotated Reader, an international exhibition by celebrated British contemporary artist Ryan Gander and Jonathan P. Watts.
Visit our access page for more information about visiting the NGV.
