About The Print Council of Australia

The Print Council of Australia Inc. (PCA) is a national not-for-profit organisation that promotes contemporary Australian printmaking, including artist books, zines and works on paper. It was established in 1966 through the efforts of Dr. Ursula Hoff, who was then Curator of the Prints and Drawings department at the National Gallery of Victoria, and printmakers and educators Grahame King and Udo Sellbach.

Bookish – Artist Talk Past Event

Presented by The Print Council of Australia

In connection with the Bookish exhibition, The Print Council of Australia presents an artist talk with Bronwyn Rees and Deborah Klein who will explore the art of making artist books.

Bronwyn Rees Speaker

Bronwyn Rees is a Melbourne-based artist whose work as a printmaker is an extension of her deep connection to the unsettling, densely textured, transitory nature of the Australian landscape.

Deborah Klein Speaker

Deborah Klein is a Melbourne-based artist whose practice encompasses printmaking, book-art, painting and drawing. She is the founder of Moth Woman Press, through which she publishes her limited-edition books and zines.
